If you vomit within 30 minutes of taking Dolo 650 tablets, or syrup, take the same dose again. If you vomit after taking 30 minutes, you do not need to take another dose until your next standard dose.

Taking Dolo 650 tablets for about 30 minutes usually makes you feel better.

Within 24 hours, you need to take the Dolo 650 tablet only 4 times. At least 4 hours are required between the two doses. Do not take Dolo 650 tablets for more than 3 days without first consulting your doctor.
